01How do I sign in?+
Enter the email connected to your FaucetPay account and complete the security check. The first time you continue, PocketTasks creates your account automatically.
02How do tasks work?+
Open an available task and follow the instructions shown for that opportunity. Keep the visit open until it is complete. Approved rewards are added to your PocketTasks wallet.
03Why has a reward not appeared yet?+
Some tasks need confirmation before credit is released. Make sure the visit was completed correctly and allow time for the result to be approved.
04Where can I see my balance?+
Your available USDT balance appears in the account header and on the Wallet page, together with your recent approved activity.
05How do I request a payout?+
Open Withdraw, enter an eligible amount, confirm the FaucetPay destination, and submit the request. You can follow its status from Payout history.
06Can I use more than one account?+
No. PocketTasks allows one account per person. Automated activity, duplicate accounts, and attempts to manipulate task credit are not permitted.
